Hello! I've been giving bodywork since 2013 (or maybe since 1990 if you count giving foot rubs to mama). My practice has developed over the years across different states including New York, Michigan, Colorado, and New Mexico. I studied + worked in New Mexico at both the Ayurvedic Institute and then at the Arogya Center. Alongside Ayurveda, I look through the lenses of Yoga, fitness, biomechanics, and neuroscience when working with clients. I adapt elements of my treatments based on who I'm working with. What's most important is that the client is made comfortable so that the body is heard and the treatment goes deeper.
